Producing process: high-quality low carbon steel chosen as raw material, pickling, cold-drawn, no oxidization heat treatment - bright heat treatment (NBK status), non-destructive testing, OD polished and inside flushing under high pressure, anti-rust oilling inside and outside surface, capping on both ends to prevent from dust.

  

Main Features: high precision, brightness and cleanliness; after heat treatment, the inner and outer wall without oxide layer; no seam after flaring and squashing, no deformation after cold bending; inner wall could withstand high pressure (Accessible Pressure Listed Table-1)
