High precision black phosphated seamless steel tube

Producing process: high precision, cold-drawn bright seamless steel tube (NBK) used as the basic tube to be phosphated with the environmental phosphating chemical fluid to form a black film on the tube surface; anti-rust olling the inside surface and outside surface, the antirust oil is absorbed by the means of micron pore on the film to prevent from rust, caps covered at two ends of tube to prevent from the dust.
 
Main Features: the tube has good properties of anti-rust and anti-corrosion, and the inside surface is free from production related residues. The internal and external surface are lubricated and phosphated.
 
Main Application: hydraulic systems and pneumatically operated equipment, it is one of our main export products.
